As a graduate of South Seattle Community College Pastry Program since 2009, I have versed myself in all things cake and pastries. I have since returned home to skagit valley in hopes to pursue my dreams of providing delicious pastries and cakes to the greater skagit valley and neighboring areas.
As a lactose intolerant person myself, I understand how hard it is to find delicious dairy-free options wherever I go. That is why I am dedicated to provide both gluten-free and dairy-free options that are both delicious and easily accessible.
